Roco Kingdom Errors: Beta Access and Install Fixes
Fix the common Roco Kingdom beta errors: access denied, account mismatch, TestFlight full, device incompatible, launcher stalls and login loops.
Quick answer: most Roco Kingdom beta errors are account mismatches, not bugs. The invite is bound to one email, one platform and one store region, and the client fails with a generic message when any of the three disagree. Fix the account first; only then troubleshoot the install.

Error: Access Denied / Not Eligible
What it looks like: the login screen accepts the password but returns an access or eligibility message.
Cause: the account is not the invited account, or the platform does not match the invite.
Fix:
- Confirm the email on the account matches the invite email exactly, including aliases.
- Confirm you are on the platform you selected in the survey.
- If you linked a Steam account after the invite, try the original login method.
- Wait 15 minutes after a password reset; the entitlement check caches.
If the invite email never arrived, check spam and the promotions tab before assuming you were not selected. Confirmations started October 23.
Error: Invite Code Invalid or Already Used
What it looks like: the code is rejected on the redemption page or in TestFlight.
Cause: the code was issued for a different store region, or it was already redeemed on another account.
Fix: codes are single-use and region-locked. There is no self-service reissue. Contact support through the official site with the invite email attached.
Error: TestFlight Beta Is Full
What it looks like: TestFlight says the beta is full or the invite is no longer valid.
Cause: the iOS batch is capped, and slots are released in waves.
Fix: there is no queue. Keep the invite email and wait for a new batch, or switch to PC if your invite allows it. Do not delete the app while a build is installed; reinstalling can require a fresh invite.
Error: Device Not Compatible (Android)
What it looks like: Google Play says the app is not available for your device.
Cause: the device failed the compatibility check, or the Google account does not have access.
Fix:
- Confirm the Google account matches the invite.
- Check free storage; the check can fail on a full device.
- Update Android System WebView and Google Play Services.
- Try a different device with the same account before concluding the account is broken.
Side-loading does not bypass this. The server checks the account at login.
Error: Launcher Stuck at 0% or a Patch Loop
What it looks like: the PC launcher stalls, loops a patch, or restarts verification.
Fix:
- Pause and resume once.
- Close the launcher and restart it as administrator.
- Clear the launcher's download cache, not the game install.
- Check free disk space; unpacking needs temporary room.
- If the loop persists, verify files through Steam instead of the launcher.
Do not delete the install until you have tried verify files. A full re-download is the slowest possible fix.
Error: Login Loop or Disconnect After Character Select
What it looks like: the client returns to the login screen, or disconnects as the world loads.
Cause: usually a server-side queue or a region mismatch, not a local fault.
Fix: wait five minutes, try a different network, and disable VPNs. The beta does not support playing from a region outside the test, and a VPN exit node in an unsupported region can trigger a disconnect.
Error: Crash on Startup
- Update the GPU driver.
- Disable overlays (Discord, Steam, recording tools).
- Lower the resolution scale before launching if the client allows it.
- Check that Windows is 64-bit and the install path has no non-Latin characters.
If the crash started after a patch, verify files before changing drivers.
No fan site can grant beta access. If the account is genuinely invited and still blocked, the official support channel is the only fix. Beware of anyone offering to "unlock" an account.

A Diagnostic Order That Works
- Account email vs invite email
- Platform vs invite platform
- Store region vs account region
- Device compatibility
- Install integrity
- Network and VPN
- Support
Most people skip to step 5. The first three solve the majority of cases.
FAQ
Why does Roco Kingdom say access denied? The account, platform or region does not match the invite. Check all three before reinstalling.
Can I fix "not eligible" by using a VPN? No. A VPN can trigger the error, not fix it.
Why is the Android listing unavailable? The device failed the compatibility check or the Google account lacks access.
Can I get a new iOS invite? Only if a new batch opens. TestFlight slots are capped.
Does reinstalling fix access errors? Rarely. Access is server-side.
